The Graysville Police Department works hard to

“Protect and Serve”

the citizens of Graysville.

Mission: Through combined efforts and partnerships, the Graysville Police Department pursues justice with respect and fairness for all our citizens to ensure a safe and secure community and safeguards the life, property, and constitutional rights of all

Vision: To develop a highly trained professional police department to serve the community members of the city of Graysville.

Values

Professionalism: We are accountable to ourselves and the public for the quality of our service, and we seek to improve ourselves, our department, and our community.

Accountability: Accountability will begin at the top and be accepted throughout our department. We will be expected to hold ourselves and one another accountable to city, state, and federal laws and the Constitution of the United States of America.

Service: The action of helping or doing work for someone. Law Enforcement is a service industry, and the GPD will serve those we are accountable to within our community and outside of it.

Justice: We serve our community unbiased and impartially, applying equal protection to all under the law.
