Citations must be paid prior to the court date or the defendant must appear in court. Failure to pay fines or appear in court will result in a suspension of your driver's license.
Fines that require a State release must be paid by money order, cashier's check or cash. If they are paid by personal check we are required to wait ten (10) days before a release can be sent to the State.
In order to attend driving school the defendant must appear in Court and be awarded driving school by the Judge.
